Mr. Walrond is currently a Legal Officer with the Ministry of Housing, Land and Marine Affairs where he provides in house Legal Services to the Ministry in various legal matters. He has established a vibrant career in Trinidad and Tobago and has been a practicing Attorney-at-Law since 2009.
A graduate of the University of London is the holder of a Bachelor of Laws (L.L.B) Degree (Hons.) and he began his distinguished career as the valedictorian of his graduating class at the Hugh Wooding Law School. His public service contribution began in 2010 when he was appointed a Temporary Senator.
His expertise spans a wide scope of legal matters including Civil Practice and Civil Litigation, Coveyancing, Probate Practice and Criminal Law. He also provides his professional services probono serving his community and country whenever possible.
He maintains close ties with his Alma Mater, the Sixth Form Secondary School/Polytechnic where he is the President of The Trinbago Sixth Form Polytechnic Alumni Association. He is also the Founder of the activist group “National Advocates for a Youth Parliament of Trinidad and Tobago".
